Gavin Sims co-founded Senior Living Services to provide families with expert, hands-on guidance during one of life’s most important transitions. Inspired by the experience of his own family struggling to find the right memory care community for his grandfather, Gavin understands how overwhelming and stressful the process can be — especially when families wait too long and are forced to rush decisions. He works closely with families to ensure they explore all options, understand care levels, and make decisions that best meet both the resident’s needs and lifestyle.

With a background connected to financial planning through his family, Gavin also collaborates with advisors who need an expert partner to support clients considering a transition into senior living. His goal is to make the process clear, compassionate, and thorough, helping residents thrive and families feel confident in their choices.
